- luminescent Labradorite Briolette is approximately 5/8 " or 15mm long.
The Omega, an ancient symbol, the last letter of the very early Greek alphabet, has always impressed me. It, like many strong symbols in ancient times, found it's way into various schools of thought, throughout History. Somehow, I find it a pleasing and fitting symbol for women.
Labradorite a member of the Feldspar family of gems, is treasured for its remarkable play of color, known as labradorescence. Lore of the Inuit peoples claim Labradorite fell from the frozen fire of the Aurora Borealis, an ordinary stone that transforms to the extraordinary.
