Have a Problem? We are here to help.  Please reach out to us via email at TandBrie@optimum.net, where our customer service hours are 9 - 5pm, Eastern Standard Time. Outside of those hours, emails will be addressed as soon as possible.

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we're happy to exchange your item for store credit.  Applicable for purchases within 5 days of receipt.  All items must be  returned securely in the original interior T and Brie Box with packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and providing package tracking number to T and Brie via email.  Kindly reach out via TandBrie@optimum.net, for your return authorization number prior to shipping. 

The Exchange process, once your item is received and deemed in good condition, will take approximately 3 -4 weeks, for the new item to be crafted and then shipped to you. The shipping fees will be deducted from the Store Credit.

The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received, or the return will be void.

Custom items are made just for you, therefore they are are not eligible for return for store credit. This includes Necklaces and Bracelets created for your chosen length.
