Shipping Overview
Processing Details: Each piece of jewelry is carefully hand-fabricated and all gems are set in our South Salem, New York Studio. Please allow time for the creative process, and note that most items will be shipped within two to four weeks. Shipping is then an additional time frame depending on what you choose for your shipping speed in Checkout. Shipping time frames are listed in the Checkout process once an item is placed in your Cart. All items are shipped from South Salem, New York.
If you have a specific requirement for delivery please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We are available from 9 - 5pm, Eastern Standard time Monday to Friday and will respond as soon as possible outside of those business hours. Email Teresa at TandBrie@optimum.net, an email form is easily found in the Contact Us section of our Shop menu, and a helpful Chat Box is located on the bottom of each page of our shop.
For Ready to Ship items items, that are completed, please allow 24- 48 hours for processing, prior to shipping. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
For custom work and special orders we ask that you allow a 4 to 6 week lead-time for production. We do not accept exchanges on custom, resized, modified, or special-order jewelry.
Please note the end of year Holiday Season means an overall heavier work load and orders may take longer to ship.
Insured Shipments: All T and Brie packages will be sent insured, with tracking to assure safe delivery. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. In the United states, delivery will be Signature Required for items over $500.
Carriers: We offer USPS and UPS Options for Shipping within the United States, with Expedited options available. Once an item is placed in your cart you can review shipping time frame options as well as carriers.
Internationally we offer DHL, USPS International, with both Standard and Expedited options. T and Brie is not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees levied by your country.
