Butterflies rendered in textured Sterling are our Mariposa Stud Earrings, light enough to wear on earlobes, set with a drop of gemmy Amethysts or choose the gem to be set from our selection. Crafted by hand, from wire and sheet Sterling, we capture the allure of these ethereal creatures who embody the powerful notion of transformation.

- Size: These Sterling Lepidoptera creatures have a wing span of approximately 7/8" or 20 mm, and from the top to the bottom of their bodies, including the Gem, is just about 1/2 " long, or 15mm.
- Crafted with our Sterling Posts and large Sterling ear backs they will sit flush on the lobe, to frame the face. I have delicately patterned the wings using my steel stamping tools.
- Please choose the 3 mm Cabochon Gemstones you would like set in their heads. We take time selecting and matching pairs, and choose the finest grades in gems.
We lightly antique our Sterling work and give it a hand brushed finish, exuding an understated elegance. We hope they will become instant favorites, at once contemporary, yet imbued with heirloom qualities.
