From our ancestors who burned their grape vines in the Fall to kill off any infestations, hoping the Ladybugs would be safe, as they were known to eat invasive insects.

The familiar shape of this beetle, was formed, and chased with their characteristic pattern of dots. Found in many homes & gardens, an insect that is a harbinger of good luck since America's earliest days.
