African Turquoise is actually a type of Jasper found in Africa. It is known as "The stone of evolution", it's metaphysical attributes include encouraging growth and development, fostering positive change from within. Teresa and Brie find it captures the mixture of colors often found on the Forest floor in their area of the lower Hudson Valley where mosses, granite, and sedimentary rocks mingle with ferns in a most pleasing, inviting combination of greens and greys.

The Crescent is one of the oldest symbols known to humanity, seen in graphic depictions from as early as the Babylonian period in Mesopotamia. A symbol embraced by diverse cultures for millennium. The word Crescent is derived from the Latin verb crescere "to grow", meaning waxing or increasing and was originally applied to the form of the waxing moon, luna crescens. The Crescent is also the symbol used to represent Silver (the metal associated with the moon) in Alchemy, a reflection of clarity, truth and brilliance, all attributes of Silver.
